HITT Volleyball delivers High Impact Technical Training Volleyball Camps for both girls and boys of all skill levels. HITT Volleyball provides the latest techniques in volleyball training, sports nutrition, sports psychology and volleyball skill development. We desire to prepare athletes toward a life of physical, mental and emotional excellence. Lethbridge Synchrobelles Synchronized Swimming Club is offering two Summer Camps for all swimmers (beginners and experienced) this year. Camp 1 runs July 15th through 19th, Camp 2 runs July 29th through August 2nd. Each camp runs from 8:30am to 4:30pm, (with extended drop off and pick up available, 8am-5pm). Mornings will include synchronized swimming skills, swimming skills, and other fun and games in the pool. Campers will have time to shower, change and eat their lunches before afternoon activities. Afternoons will include stretching, flexibility, drama activities, yoga, outdoor activities (weather permitting), games and crafts.
