The Lethbridge Kyodokan Judo Club was founded by Dr. Yoshio Senda in 1952. NCCP certified coaches run classes that range from Pre-Judo to High Performance.
Judo not only helps with self defense it also builds courage and improves flexibility, strength, and coordination. Your kids can start judo as young as 6 years old. For those who may want to start learning as an adult, we offer adult beginner classes two times.
