Swimming Resource (ISR) Self-Rescue swimming lessons for ages 6 months - 6 years with instructor Michelle Alfaro. ISR lessons are designed for children aged 6 months to 6 years old, to prevent childhood drowning by teaching self-rescue swimming skills. Younger babies and toddlers learn to roll to their back and float independently, and older children learn a swim-float-swim sequence that will allow them to reach safety independently. Currently operating out of the Mariner's Cove water park at the Holiday Inn Lethbridge.
