Classes run 6 days a week, tournaments seminars, self defense classes and kids/youth classes. We offer classes for everyone from those just looking for fun and fitness, as well as those interested in competition. We have had numerous provincial, national, international and world champions. We pride ourselves on making you better, physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally!
