Regional training centre for amateur wrestling in southern Alberta.
Between the Lethbridge Amateur Wrestling Association (LAWA) and the Pronghorn Amateur Wrestling Association (PAWA), the community of Lethbridge has wrestling programs available for all ages (4+), all genders, and skill levels.
PAWA provides a safe and inclusive environment within our programs to ensure all children and young adults feel valued, supported, and empowered.
Currently offering programming in the Junior Pronghorn program (ages 4-12) and adult programming (18+) and serving as the home of the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns Wrestling team who compete in the CanWest and USport national competitions.
