November Sport Event Preview
Lethbridge is home to a wide range of sport events, from grassroots competitions to national-level games. While teams like the Hurricanes, Pronghorns, and Kodiaks draw well-deserved attention, many other local organizations also host events that showcase our community’s passion and talent. Each month, we highlight some of the upcoming grassroots sport events you won’t want to miss. Here’s what’s happening in Lethbridge this November
Fall Bridge Battle - Ringette - November 14th - 16th.
This well-established annual event brings over fifty teams to Lethbridge for three days of games. Entry for spectators is FREE, and the action takes place around the city at three different arenas. The event includes teams from U10 to University level and can be seen at the Henderson, CFC, and Labor Club arenas.
Chinook Cup (Girls’ weekend) - Soccer - November 21st - 23rd
This popular non-boarded event brings over twenty-five teams to the Servus Sports Centre. The event will see teams form U10 through to U17 playing over the three days of competition.
November Tournament - Pickleball - November 21st - 23rd
Lethbridge’s Pickle Point Centre is hosting its November sanctioned tournament at Southern Alberta’s first purpose-built indoor pickleball facility. With FREE entry for spectators, and over 150 participants expected, come and see what pickleball is all about.
Florence Senda Tournament - Judo - November 22nd
The Florence Senda tournament has been hosted by Lethbridge Kyodokan Judo Club since 2012, and this year will have the Alberta Winter Games qualification taking place on the same day. With over 200 athletes expected to be taking part in the tournament, it promises to be a great day of action.
CHL USA Prospects Challenge - Hockey - November 26th
The second game in this two-game series will see the elite talent from Canada go head-to-head with the U.S. National U18 team. First introduced in 2024, this is the first time the event has been hosted in Lethbridge. In last year's event, CHL won the series 2-0. Tickets can be purchased HERE.
